Terms & Conditions:

If you visit or shop at Sim Pilot, you accept the following terms & conditions. Please have a good read:

Refunds:

Our basic refund policy is that we don't offer refunds in the case that you simply change your mind. We do offer refunds if the product does not work as advertised or is broken, in which case we first try to fix the problem and if this cannot be done we will refund your money. If you have any sort of problem with a product purchased in this store, please contact us and we'll sort it out.

We also offer an advanced 3 months no questions asked guarantee. Vendors can choose if they want to offer this guarantee and products that are covered by this guarantee will be clearly marked.

Product Delivery:

Products can be downloaded or ordered on CD/DVD as specified on the product page. Downloads are available for 5 days and you can download a file up to 5 times within that period.

CD/DVD production is currently based in the US. Products will be shipped within 24h and via US airmail. International deliveries can take up to about 14 days.

At this point in time we do not offer a lifetime download service. This is simply because every download costs real money and to cover these expenses we'd have to charge you extra. We'd rather make our products cheaper, this simply means that you should backup any product you download. After purchasing a download you will have a limited number of downloads over a limited number of time.

Privacy:

All your private information will only be used for the Sim Pilot services you are using (eg complete sales, send newsletters you are subscribed to, customize your shopping experience). In no case will we onsell your private data or pass it on to any 3rd party without your explicit consent. Furthermore, your private data is transfered to our website via a secure, encrypted service and sensitive data, like your credit card number, is not stored on any of our systems.

Your account:

You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe, and you are liable for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use Sim Pilot only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Sim Pilot reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

Reviews and other user content:

Yoy may post reviews and other content as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, spam or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of content. Sim Pilot reserves the right to remove or edit any offending content. You are liable for content you generate, Sim Pilot takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Product descriptions:

Software and hardware vendors are responsible for their own product descriptions. Sim Pilot is not responsible that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate and complete. If a product is not as described we will either try to remedy the situation or refund you upon product return.

Pricing:

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, which is suggested by the manufacturer or supplier. All prices are in Australian dollars.
